More than one in 15 Canadian children, or two kids in every classroom across the country, report having at least one food allergy.
Dr. Julia Upton will discuss the latest understanding of why food allergies have become so common, what can be done with respect to prevention, and current & possible future treatments for food allergies which have already developed in children and adults.
Julia is passionate about food allergies and looks forward to questions and discussion on the subject.
